We understand the importance of getting your premium watch in perfect condition. But unfortunately, we cannot currently offer Open Box Delivery where you can inspect the watch before accepting it.

This is because we use a trusted third-party delivery partner and rely on their secure packaging and delivery process. Top courier companies like Bluedart and Delhivery do not support “Open Box Delivery”. We are still trying to find a solution for this.

What You Can Do

• Inspect Upon Delivery: While you cannot open the box before accepting it, you can check the packaging for any obvious damage. If the box is crushed, torn, or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• Return Guarantee: In case your watch arrives damaged, you can easily return it for a full refund or replacement.
